To schedule your appointment please call: (02) 7239 5029 or email: reception@drcarolinemathias.com.au

What to expect at your appointment

At your initial consultation, Dr Mathias will take the time to understand your symptoms, concerns and treatment goals. She will discuss your gynaecological history, past medical history, current medications, allergies and any relevant family history to gain a comprehensive understanding of your health. You are welcome to bring a support person of your choice to the appointment.

Where appropriate and with your consent, a pelvic examination may be performed, including cervical screening if indicated.

Dr Mathias will review any previous investigations and referral information provided by your GP or other healthcare practitioners. Based on this assessment, she will discuss any further investigations that may be required and explain the available treatment options. Together, you will develop an individualised management plan that aligns with your needs, preferences and goals.
